I don't understand how your drives were set to "Dynamic mode", was that in Windows? That is unnecessary, if it is what I think it is.

Your SSD needs to have nothing on it from your earlier installation. I don't know how you "wiped" your drives as you mentioned, but it is not good to do some of the HDD-style "wipes" on a SSD.
