I've had repeated boot issues from the start. Seems to be a bios related issue, but not sure. Then, no output at all with the onboard video and Windows 7 only loads basic drivers. I may try to flash the bios to the latest version Asrock P4IPE Rev 3.0 if no luck this board goes back. I've also ordered new memory to see if that makes a difference, but at this point I'm about ready to pack it up and send it back.

Asrock P4IPE Rev 3.0 would not recommend. Maybe I just got a bad board. I definitely don't want another. Could not get the board to boot up. Screen remained blank as if it was receiving no signal. I will change to 5 stars if all goes well with number 2. My specs are similar to the other retrocomputing reviewer's: Windows ME has never been more stable or more performant.

Windows reaches its desktop faster than the POST completes. If you're using Windows ME like I am, install with only one of your two sticks of memory installed. Need to be careful with your cooler choice. The header toward the back "shares" with two of the rear Asrock P4IPE Rev 3.0.
